The Branding of Post COVID19

From my point of view, if I talk to you it's marketing, and if you talk to me it's branding. It used to be said that. However, after the Coronavirus, the chances of meeting to talk are decreasing, and the chances of direct experience are decreasing. It's a big blow to both marketing and branding.

It is impossible to solve the problem by just sticking to the product, making the product well, and promoting it properly, and branding is difficult without customer communication and connection. Branding is the process of winning people's hearts and creating relationships. Branding is a process that is imprinted in consumers' consciousness through all communication processes that take place in the entire process of product planning, production, and sales, and that direct contact is decreasing. Therefore, the importance is being emphasized on opportunities for more direct experience.


The market difficulties created by COVID19 are a big crisis for some, and on the other hand, another opportunity for some. Anything that can give you that direct opportunity, trust, or direct or indirect experience can create new opportunities.
