Recently, Daylight Saving Time in the eastern United States has caused some confusion with our regular meetings and deadlines. This has brought up the topic of project management tools again. However, our current operations are more efficient and we are not planning to use additional project management tools due to economic reasons. We are concerned that additional or additional management tools will only add to the confusion. (The next Daylight Saving Time will start next March.)
However, we do ask that we communicate with each other more often to ensure that we stay on schedule.
And please keep your schedules in check for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday season and end-of-year break.
