Server Expansion and Access Guidance
We recently expanded our servers in the US West Side, which caused some connectivity delays and issues. However, all recoveries were completed at 11:00 EST this morning, and the servers are now stable.
We have also identified and addressed the cause of some errors that were occurring, such as files not previewing or search results not displaying or delaying. We appreciate your patience and hard work during this time.
